Werribee Primary School has a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program in Years 5 & 6. In 2024 the BYOD Program will be extended to include Year 4 students as well.
The BYOD Program means families are requested to supply an iPad for their own child. It is not compulsory, however we encourage all families to participate. Personal devices allow greater access for purposeful use - Students are able to create, save and share their learning as needed and are not restricted by shared devices.
Werribee Primary School will provide all apps that are required for learning. Werribee Primary School has made a significant investment to the program through improvements to our network and infrastructure and in teacher professional development.
We look forward to your support and feedback in shaping the program as we grow and learn together.
If you have any questions about the BYOD iPad program please contact Kearan Gibaldi or your child's classroom teacher.
