Term 4 begins Monday 5th October

Dear Parents and Carers,

As you would be aware the Victorian Government released on Sunday 6th September its plan for the easing of COVID 19 restrictions.

This plan included the following decisions about students returning to Primary School:

Term 3

  • All schools will continue to provide remote and flexible learning for the remainder of Term 3 for students in Foundation to Year 6
  • On-site supervision for children of permitted workers and vulnerable students will continue to be provided consistent with existing guidelines

Term 4

Week 1 (5-9 October)

  • Remote and flexible learning will continue for all students in Foundation to Year 6
  • On-site supervision for children of permitted workers and vulnerable students will continue to be provided consistent with existing guidelines

From Week 2 (12th October)

  • Students in Foundation to Year 2 return to full-time on-site schooling. The existing remote learning program will not continue for these year levels
  • Remote and flexible learning will continue for all students in Years 3 to 6 (a date for the return of these year levels to on-site schooling will be subject to further health advice)
  • On-site supervision for children of permitted workers and vulnerable students in Years 3-6 will continue to be provided consistent with existing guidelines

As more information becomes available from the Department of Education we will keep you updated.

A huge thank you to our Community for their awesome effort supporting their children with Remote Learning during this very challenging time. Hopefully we can begin to see light at the end of the tunnel and see a time in the not too distance future when all of the children are back at school learning and playing together.
