Semester 1 Reports and Parent, Teacher, Student Conversations

Dear Parents/Carers,

Your child’s mid-year student report will be available on XUNO from 4:00pm Friday, 27th June 2025. The mid-year Student/Parent/Teacher 3-Way Conversations are scheduled for Week 11 of this Term on Monday 30th June, Tuesday 1st July, Wednesday 2nd July, from 3.30pm to 5.00pm.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your child’s progress so far this year with your child’s teacher(s).  The conversation bookings are 10 minutes long.  As always, you are more than welcome to arrange a different time with your child’s class teacher or specialist teachers to meet and discuss matters as necessary throughout the year.

It is expected that your child is part of these conversations, as it is important that they can talk about themselves and to hear the teacher’s and your expectations.

Student/Parent/Teacher 3 Way Conversations bookings are open for families to book a suitable time with the classroom teacher using the XUNO Parent Portal: https://werribeeps.xuno.com.au

Bookings are now open and will remain open until Monday 30th June. Once you have logged into the XUNO portal, please follow the below instructions: click on “School” and select “Parent Teacher Interviews”. Select your child’s name. Select the preferred time.

If you wish to have a phone conversation instead of in person, then select the Online Option (this will be a phone call only) and in the Comments Box please enter your preferred contact number. If you would like to make a time to meet with any of our specialist teachers then please send the school an email requesting a time that suits on Monday 30th June, Tuesday 1st July, or Wednesday 2nd July from 3.30pm to 5.00pm. They will get back to you to confirm a time.

Our Specialist Teachers are:

Visual Arts - Tara Trott

Physical Education - Simon Fugazzotto

Nominate your little superhero today!
It only takes a few minutes, and your student could be recognised at a special event celebrating courage, kindness, and quick thinking.

If your child is selected, the grand prize is a brand-new defibrillator!
The winner can choose which organisation they would like to give the life-saving device – it could be our school community, just for sharing a story of bravery.

Let’s shine a light on the amazing young people who are already making the world a safer place.
