Year 1 Scienceworks Excursion - Monday 16th June 2025

Approval and payment can be made via XUNO by Tuesday 10th June.
As part of our current unit on weather and seasons, we are excited to announce an upcoming excursion to Scienceworks!

This hands-on experience will support and enrich the learning we’ve been doing in the classroom by giving students the opportunity to explore how weather and seasonal changes affect our daily lives.

At Scienceworks, students will engage with interactive exhibits and participate in activities that help them better understand weather patterns, the science behind the seasons, and how these natural changes influence our environment, clothing, activities, and even our health.

This excursion is a wonderful opportunity for students to see science in action and make real-world connections to what they’ve been learning at school. We look forward to a fun and educational day!

Requirements:
Students are in full school uniform. Snack and lunch should be brought to school in a clearly labelled plastic bag with your child's name. Please ensure all items are disposable. Lunchboxes are not required on this day.
